Bio 
Josie Aiello is recognized internationally as an award-winning singer, song writer, and music producer. Josie began her professional music career at the age of nine when she took over the stage and grabbed the microphone to sing at her mom and dads family-owned Sicilian restaurant in Chicago. Her hard work and tenacity paid off and she then scored her first major recording contract as a featured vocalist on Andrew Lloyd Webers Starlight Express with Grammy® award-winning producer, Phil Ramone. Phil also produced her internationally acclaimed duet with Placido Domingo for the recording of Til I Loved You. While in L.A., her session work captured the attention of the legendary Q himself, Quincy Jones, who personally auditioned and signed Josie to his Qwest/Warner Bros. Record and Publishing label. The resulting debut album, Unkunvenshunal Girl, featured twelve original songs, including nine she co-wrote with Grammy® award-winning producer/songwriter, Ashley Ingram (Desree). The project attracted other top-notch contributors, including Harvey Mason Jr., James Harrah (Madonna, Elton John), and hit mixers Chris Fogel (Alanis Morissette) and Mike Shipley (Faith Hill, Dixie Chicks and Shania Twain). While successfully writing, producing, and singing on movie and TV soundtracks and jingle commercials, she also worked with hit songwriters, artists, and producers including Diane Warren, Brenda Russell, Matthew Wilder, Randy Jackson, Damon Sharpe, QDIII, Ricky Martin, Don Henley, Chaka Khan, Narada Michael Walden, Ramsey Lewis, Joe Cocker, Angela Bofill, Peter Cetera, Bobby Womack, Bebe Winans, Mark Shaiman, James Newton Howard, Stephen Bray, Mervyn Warren and Michael Masser.In addition, Kenny Loggins recorded two duets with Josie on his Its About Time CD and showcased her as a featured vocalist on national tour. Josies talent earned her major soundtrack performance credits for That Thing You Do, The Out-of-Towners, South Park, Dinosaur, and Ghost Of Mississippi.She contributed her songs, Dont Give In for the feature film, Michael Jordan To The Max, Unkunvenshunal Girl for HBOs Real Sex, and Get Your Ass Out The Way for Showtimes current series LOOK. Josie also recorded Welcome To The Sixties with John Cleese for Marc Shaimans original recordings of Hairspray The Movie starring John Travolta and she recently wrote and performed the title song Rewind for the soundtrack of Dysfunctional Friends for the 2011 film release. Josies amazing singing talent and classic beauty have also lead her to be cast in feature roles as an on camera singer for major motion pictures such as The Guardian with Kevin Costner and Ashton Kutcher. Josie has emerged as a powerful songwriter for herself and for other recording artists, penning the song, Let Me Be Me for Patti Austins Warner Bros. release On the Way to Love.The U.S.A. Songwriting Competition awarded Josie prizes for three of her songs: 2007 R&B Finalist for Even If, 2004 Pop Finalist for Heavy Heart, and 2004 Gospel Finalist for The Call. Josies signature sounding high-energy vocals are also featured on national TV commercials including McDonalds, JC Penney, Eckrich and Ulta.
